Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only.
Shipping Cost
All orders ship free. No hidden fees. No surprises at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery takes 10-18 business days from the date your order is dispatched. This window accounts for international transit, domestic carrier handling, and final mile delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Eroenir is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or any circumstances outside our direct control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking page to reflect live movement on your shipment.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at support@eroenir.store and we will investigate immediately.
Delivery Confirmation
A package confirmed as delivered by our official tracking system to the address provided at checkout is considered successfully and completely fulfilled by Eroenir. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but reported as missing after the fact. In such cases we strongly recommend contacting your local carrier, postal service, or building management directly.
Incorrect Address
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Eroenir is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. No refund or replacement will be issued in cases where an order is confirmed as delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Eroenir is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Once a package is confirmed as delivered to the correct address our fulfillment obligation is fully satisfied. We recommend filing a report with your local carrier or postal service if you believe your package has been stolen after delivery.
